How can I delete or cancel my order?

If your order is in Awaiting Shipment / To Be Shipped it can be cancelled. To cancel the order click on the Cancel button.

If the Cancel button is not displayed the order cannot be cancelled due to the order being in the 'pick phase' or the order has not been picked after cut-off.

In this case please contact our customer support immediately by emailing support@winedepot.com and include the order reference and number.

If you would like to delete an order that is in Back Orders, Exceptions or Future Orders you can cancel the order at anytime.
