I have a promotional campaign I'd like to run, what do i need to do?

If you are planning a campaign (Wine Plans / Wine Club or specific promotional campaigns on your calendar) please check if additional stock is needed to fulfil all orders for your campaign. 

If additional stock is required for your campaign we recommend doing this in advance; for straight cases you can allow standard times for transfers and shipping however if your cases are going to be mixed / kitted or have any special requirements, we recommend you send your stock to the depot at least 10-14 business days in advance.

To ensure timely deliveries for your campaign some of the thing we need to know include:
  • Your Campaign Launch dates?
  • Expected Volumes?
  • Which Depots will be used?
  • If any special kitting (promotional inserts, packaging etc.) or mixed case kitting is required.
  • The SKU Codes for your products (All products to be uploaded into the Order Manager)
