How do I manually upload products onto the WINEDEPOT platform?

To upload a product follow the steps below:
  1. From the Product database menu click Create New Product
  2. Select the Product Type (E.g. Product, Packaging or promotion) from the dropdown list and complete all fields
  3. Add your product Brand Name ( Exclude the product name and Vintage)
  4. Add Your SKU is your internal SKU / code for the product. If you don't have a SKU code for your product than you you will need to create one
  5. Add the Bottle Barcode (If a bottle bar-code is not available please leave this field blank)
  6. Add the total Amount of Units (bottles, cans) in the carton/case
  7. Enter a Vintage year (only required if applicable, leave blank if non vintage)
  8. Enter the minimum and maximum case amounts if you would like to receive an email alert when stock level fall outside of this range.
  9. Click Publish Product to complete the upload.

Tips:  
  1. Take your time to complete all fields correctly.
  2. Select Packaging as a product type for cartons, dividers and boxes.
  3. Select Promotional items as a product type for merchandise.

We understand products are different so if we don't have the correct Products Type, Blend Name or Variety, Closure Type or Case Size to suit your product get in-touch with us and we will customise the field to suit your needs.
