How do I raise an ASN (Request Stock Move) in the order manager?

An ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) notifies WINEDEPOT which products along with the quantities you will be transferring into a depot or between depots. 

You must complete the stock move before sending any stock into our depots from your warehouse or if you are transferring stock between depots.

How to raise an ASN in the Order Manager:
  1. From the menu select Stock > Select Request Stock Move
  2. Select either a Direct Stock Move OR Internal Stock Move according to your requirements.
  3. Select From and then To (the depot you prefer) from the drop down list.
  4. Select the Estimated Arrival Date your products will arrive at the depot. (Delivery instructions are optional)
  5. Check the relevant box to let us know if your stock is coming in on a Pallet or Container.
  6. Select your products from the Product Search Box.
  7. Click on Add to choose the product and then select the amount by clicking on - minus or + plus buttons. You can also enter the amounts manually. 
  8. To complete the stock move request, click on the Request Move button. If the request is a bulk stock move click/yes enable Albury when you see the pop-up
  9. Download and print the ASN (.pdf format) and include this with your pallet/s - The depot address will be provided on the ASN.
TIP: So we can easily identify your shipment when it arrives into the depot please download and print the ASN which you can include on the pallets.
