Mixed Case Kitting Process and Requirements

The kitting process starts with receipt of a kitting order request from the client. 

The request we receive should include core SKU, quantity breakdown and delivery information including details of all packaging and or merchandise required.

Mixed Case Kitting Process
  1. The pre-requisite number of cases of each product are picked and taken to the designated packing area.
  1. Bottles are picked and packed into the new cases as required. 
  1. WINEDEPOT will complete a quality check of all cases containing picked bottles before the cartons are sealed and labelled.
  1. WINE DEPOT will ensure that the total number of kitted cases has been completed
  1. Upon successful confirmation, an interface is triggered to update respective stock levels.
  1. All kitted mixed cases will be provided a unique bar-coded identifying the SKU.
