Using your own branded boxes, cartons and dividers.
If you would like to use your own branded cartons & divider you will need to stock these in our depot, add your packaging as products and when processing you order you will need to add your carton and divider to the order.
The carton and divider will need to be uploaded into the order manager (via the product database) as separate product SKUs. Under Product Type select Packaging and all fields as per the example below. If a bar-code is not available leave this field blank.
If you would like to process an order for 2 x 6 bottle cartons and would like to consolidate these into your own 12 carton, select customer defined packaging, search for the product name or SKU in the
packaging search field, a list will open to display the relevant product. Click
the Add button to add the product to your order along with the amount
required.
If you would like to use our packaging select Wine Depot Packaging. (selected by default)
