For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend you use our same day delivery service for deliveries from a metro depot to a metro area only. Our same day delivery service is available from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth Depots to metro areas only.
When creating a manual order select same day delivery and choose between 1pm - 5pm (afternoon) or 6pm - 9pm (evening) for up to 10 cases per consignment.
Your orders must be placed before 9:30 am that day for afternoon service or 11:30am for evening service.

If you place an order after the cut-off time the order will go into exceptions, you will need to resubmit the order the following morning before the cut-off time.
You can also future ship/schedule the order by selecting the date in the calendar (Ship Date).
Notes:
- Same day services are not available from Albury
- Same Day service is available Monday to Friday only
- Cut off times vary to allow for picking, packing and same-day delivery.
- We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time window for same day services, the above delivery windows is a guide.
- All orders must be signed for – there is no authority to leave available.
- All orders include POD and providing a copy of the invoice (if required).
- Maximum of 10 cases shipped per consignment.
- Service is available to Metro areas only.
- For Standard / regular delivery the cut-off times are 1:50pm (Monday-Friday)
