Damaged Orders and Return Process

Damaged Orders and Return Process

In the unfortunate event that an order is damaged, WineDepot will notify you as soon as we are notified by the carrier of the damage.

If two cartons have been sent and only one carton has been damaged, we will still deliver the undamaged carton and arrange for the return of the damaged carton back to the originating depot for investigation (please allow 5-7 days).

So as to not keep your end customer waiting, we strongly recommend you key in a replacement order (create manual order) for the damaged carton; whist the damaged carton is returned back to originating depot for investigation (please allow 5-7 days).

Following an investigation of the damaged carton, if any units/bottles are not damaged these units will be put back into stock (E.g No leaks or label damage). In the event that there is label damage, you can arrange for the units to be returned back to you at your cost. This can be arranged by emailing our customer support team support@winedepot.com

Note:
  1. WineDepot will cover the cost associated with the re-delivery of the damaged goods.
  2. WineDepot shall not be liable for any loss of the damage to the goods stored, shipped or delivered. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
