What happens if my customers are not home to receive their order? Do they need to collect from the post office? Can it be left with delivery instructions?

(ATL) is for eParcel orders only. In the wine depot portal you can select Authority to Leave (ATL) against your orders before submitting. Wine Depots default option against orders is set to "No".

 

ATL = (No) Signature on delivery or safe drop if safe to do so. If unsafe to leave freight it will then be carded to be collected from the local post office

ATL = (Yes) Against the customer order delivery instructions of where to leave the freight on the premises can be added.

 

For API orders, this will be set up according to your needs in initial stages.
