If you put through an order and you miss the cut off times your order will move into exceptions. To move this order out of exceptions you will need to reprocess the order the next day, in the morning, before the cut off time for this to "push" the order through to awaiting shipment.
- Same Day service is available Monday to Friday only
- Cut off times vary to allow for picking, packing and same-day delivery.
- We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time window for same day services, the above delivery windows is a guide.
- All orders must be signed for – there is no authority to leave available.
- All orders include POD and providing a copy of the invoice (if required).
- Maximum of 10 cases shipped per consignment.
- Service is available to Metro areas only.
- For Standard / regular delivery the cut-off times are 1:50pm (Monday-Friday)
